How does the Omnia Rome and Vatican Pass work?

The Omnia Rome and Vatican Pass is the key to your Rome adventure. 

You will receive two passes and a travelcard, which can be used to visit Rome and Vatican City's top attractions over three days.

As part of this pass package, you’ll get:

  • Entry to Vatican City attractions. Use your included Omnia Card to visit five Vatican attractions including the Rome Hop-On Hop-Off Bus.
  • Entry to Rome attractions. Your included Roma Pass gives you free entry to your first two chosen Rome attractions, plus discounted entry to many more.
  • Free transport. Your Roma Pass doubles up as a 72-hour travelcard, so you can breeze between attractions using Rome's public transport network for free.

How long is my Omnia Rome and Vatican Pass valid for?

After you purchase your pass online, you'll have 12 months to activate it. Once activated, your pass is valid for 72 hours.

It will be activated when you enter your first attraction, or when you travel on Rome's public transport network. We recommend starting your sightseeing in the morning to make the most of your time in the city! 

How do I collect my Omnia Rome and Vatican Pass?

Once you've purchased your pass online, you can collect it from one of our redemption centers in central Rome. There are three convenient locations to choose from right by Rome's most popular attractions, so you can pick up your passes and start sightseeing straight away.

Please note: if you're sightseeing on a Sunday, you'll need to head to Carcer Tullianum to collect your passes. 

Is there a Omnia Rome and Vatican Pass for children?

Yes. Child passes are available for ages 6–17.

A child pass includes an Omnia Card, however, it does not include the Roma Pass or travelcard. This is because:

  • Admission to the majority of attractions on the Roma Pass is free to anyone under the age of 18.
  • Children under 10 travel free on public transport services in the territory of Roma Capitale, when accompanied by a fare-paying adult.
